Arctic Tales

Tim Padmore - ArcticAs part of the Paddington Festival, Tim Padmore of Gearshift Theatre did a show for a number of enthusiastic children in Paddington Children’s Library about the Arctic and the people who live there. There were tales about the indigeonous people, the special animals and birds, and the problems presented by climate change – including measures that can be taken to try to allieviate it (fewer electric lights, travelling by bike, generally consuming less).

Tim got this young audience involved by asking them questions and encouraging them to take part in the storytelling, and a good time was had by all.
