Opening doors

Open Age members attending events at Westminster Music Library

‘I first heard about the music events at Westminster Music Library through Open Age*. We have had all sorts of musical themes including Christmas carols, Cole Porter and Frank Sinatra.
Ruth and the pianist Anthony are very welcoming and make the evenings very enjoyable.
It’s good fun to be able to sing with everyone else and not worry too much about whether or not you can sing very well. I come away feeling relaxed and with a sense of wellbeing’.

Anne Walker, Westminster resident

Whatever your age, come along and sing a song, test your knowledge and raise a glass to Her Majesty at our Jubilee event on 30 May, all for free!

* Open Age is a user led charity working across Kensington, Chelsea and Westminster enabling older people, from 50 to over 100 years of age, to sustain their physical and mental fitness, maintain active lifestyles and develop new and stimulating interests.
